I would like to make a brief note on my recent experience with your team of the Parkes site. My initial contact was made via your website late one evening, I received a prompt call the following day, presumably from your head office in Young to gather further information on my problem- within the same hour I was contacted by Sophie to arrange access for a technician to inspect my unit. Later that afternoon a technician phoned me himself with his own schedule for me to adapt to. This efficiency is a standard to which many businesses strive for, yet fail to achieve. My schedule made it difficult for me to provide access as I am on the road all day. I had a tendency to forget the fault I had reported as it was rather trivial, yet Sophie maintained contact with me and continued to adapt the team to my schedule. Sophies ability to maintain active contact with a non-urgent warranty issue is an excellent testament to her role as the face of your Parkes site. Including Sophie, I dealt with 5 team members, all of which made me pleased I had used your business for my install. The technicians who attended my home were courteous to my property which is so uncommon when tradespeople access a property.
